The prompts that I used to optimize my resume were specific and instructional. I made sure to specify what format I would like my resume in as well as what job field I was trying to get in to. Additionally, I made sure to tell that AI system that I only wanted it to use information from the previously provided resume, and gave it the ability to enhance information, but not create new information. There were only subtle differences between my provided resume and the AI versions, however those details were in the fact that you can tell the AI resumes were geared towards a certain job field, rather than anywhere. From this, I learned that when it comes to prompt engineering specificity is the most important. Leave as little room as possible for your AI system to stray from what you specifically want. Pertaining to tailoring different content to different audiences, I have found out that it is important to make your resume more job specific as it sounds as though you have more experience in that field.
